Poppy and George is the creation of photographer Grace Cassio, It is best described as a contemporary and unique style of character based portraiture, which is suited for the modern Sydney family.

Moving away from the typical studio portrait Poppy and George creates beautifully candid and natural images. Photographed on some of Sydney's most scenic locations adds to creating a unique setting for the children to relax, play and be themselves.

The Process

Once the photographic session is complete, you will then make an appointment to come in to the studio to view your collection.

Here we create beautiful designs using your favorite images to create a timeless collection you and your family will treasure.

Products

All prints are available loose, mounted or framed.

Prints are available to purchase as singles or in packages.

Montages are also available and are a great way to tell a story. We have found this to be the most popular amongst parents.

Want to duplicate your prints? Yes Poppy and George sells images on CD, These are very high resolution so each image can be duplicated large, medium or small, this is a great gift for additional family members.

Common Questions

Where are the shoots held?

This is a boutique service based in London. The photoshoot is tailored to each family. We speak to each person and determine the best location for your needs.

Shoots can be held anywhere from local gardens to the studio.

What are the benefits of a location session?

Over the years I have found that photographing children outdoors is the best way to bring out and capture their uniqueness.

They can run around, discover a new space, be intrigued and use their imagination. Photographing on location keeps each photograph unique.

What sort of clothes should I put the kids in?

100% White - always very classic and clean with young children. You are welcome to add a splash of denim or grey or even stripes! But keep at least 80% of the outfit in white. Beware of logos - they detract from the image.
